The train washer is a fast and efficient way for Caltrain to wash the rail fleet. It operates just like a car wash—push the button and drive in.

Caltrain’s engine number 919 pulls up to the service and inspection tracks. The work areas under the tracks allow maintenance employees to safely view the train’s underside.

A Caltrain Baby Bullet train sits outside the CEMOF building at the dedication events in 2007. The new rail yard has the capacity to hold as many as 10 cars and locomotives and other engines and cars for maintenance.
