New Hours for San Francisco Ticket Office

Beginning Saturday, Aug. 8, the ticket office in the San Francisco Caltrain Station will be closed on weekends. Weekday hours will be reduced to: 5:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The change is taking place to help Caltrain decrease its expenses.

Monthly Passes and monthly parking permits, as well as all other Caltrain fare media, are available at Ticket Vending Machines located at all Caltrain stations.

Caltrain riders who participate in the Commuter Check program can purchase tickets during the new hours, or at the San Jose Diridon Caltrain Station, at Caltrain headquarters, 1250 San Carlos Ave., in San Carlos, or through the Ticket-By-Mail program.
