Caltrain to Stanford Football
The Stanford football fun begins in September and the excitement continues until
Nov. 28 against Notre Dame. You also don’t want to miss the Big Game against Cal on Nov. 21.
Regular weekend Caltrain service will stop before and after the game at the Stanford Stadium Caltrain Station, located at Embarcadero Road and Alma Street and is just a short walk to the stadium (see chart below for specifics). Caltrain will serve all Stanford home games and run special express service for the Big Game.
Since there are no ticket sales at the Caltrain Stanford Stadium station, purchase a Caltrain Day Pass at your departure station before boarding the train to the game to avoid a citation.
