Reason for Project:
This project will enhance regional connectivity between

on the existing Dumbarton Bridge and intersection highways,
and improve the region’s ability to accommodate future

new rail stations at Menlo Park/East Palo Alto and Newark,
as well as upgrades to the Fremont Centerville Station
and a new intermodal station at the Union City BART station.
