Caltrain and Santa Claus have a lot in common; they both have a red color scheme, they bring joy to everyone young and old and they both work on Christmas. Caltrain will run a modified schedule on Christmas Eve, Tuesday, Dec. 24, and will operate its weekend schedule on Christmas Day, Wednesday, Dec. 25.
Monthly Passes will not be honored for unlimited trips between all zones on Christmas Eve. More information about Caltrain’s holiday schedules is available online at www.caltrain.com/holidays.
The administrative offices of the San Mateo County Transit District, which manages Caltrain, and the 1st floor ticket sales booth will be closed on Christmas Day. Caltrain customer service is available by phone at 1.800.660.4287 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. over this period.
