American royalty Beyoncé and Jay-Z are coming to Levi’s Stadium this Saturday, September 29, as a part of their OTR II tour. Get your single ladies into formation and show everyone that you run this town by taking Caltrain to this epic evening.
Caltrain advises fans to take Caltrain to the Mountain View Caltrain Station, where they will be able to board Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) light-rail vehicles to the stadium.
Caltrain will be operating its regular weekend service before the 7:30 p.m. concert, and will provide one extra northbound train that will depart approximately 75 minutes after the show or when full, which will make all stops to San Francisco, including Atherton and Broadway.
In order to avoid the long lines that often accompany major events, passengers are encouraged to use the convenient Caltrain Mobile ticketing app and purchase an Adult Joint Caltrain+VTA Day Pass valid on Caltrain until the last train and on VTA local buses and light rail until 3 a.m. Tickets bought on the mobile app are valid as soon as they are purchased, and cannot be stored for a future date. Caltrain is a proof-of-payment system; tickets are not sold on board trains and also can be purchased at ticket machines at the stations. Caltrain riders with a Clipper Caltrain Monthly Pass (adults with 2 or more zones and Eligible Discount with any zone) receive a free transfer to VTA local and light rail.
Caltrain reminds fans that plan on being drunk in love to drink responsibly and to remember that alcohol is not allowed after 9 p.m. VTA does not allow food and beverage on board.
Parking at Caltrain stations costs $5.50 for the day, and permits can be purchased at Caltrain station ticket machines. Caltrain paid parking rules are enforced all day.

About Caltrain: Owned and operated by the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board, Caltrain provides commuter rail service from San Francisco to San Jose, with limited commute service to Gilroy. Caltrain has enjoyed more than five years of consecutive monthly ridership increases, surpassing more than 65,000 average weekday riders earlier this year. While the Joint Powers Board assumed operating responsibilities for the service in 1992, the railroad celebrated 150 years of continuous passenger service in 2014. Planning for the next 150 years of Peninsula rail service, Caltrain is on pace to electrify the corridor, reduce diesel emissions by 97 percent by 2040 and add more service to more stations.
