Starting Monday, August 30, in coordination with Caltrain’s upcoming service changes, the shuttles that were rerouted to the Belmont Caltrain Station will return to the new Hillsdale Station, which has recently been completed.
Starting on Monday, the Campus Drive, Lincoln Centre and Mariners Island shuttles will serve the new Hillsdale Station. The shuttle stop is located in the north parking lot between 25th and 28th Avenues. Shuttle passengers are advised use the north ramp from the station platform to access the shuttle stop.
The 25th Avenue Grade Separation Project delivered a new Hillsdale Caltrain Station, which opened to the public in April. The project also separated the train tracks from the road at East 25th Avenue, while creating new east-west connections at 28th and 31st Avenues. A ribbon-cutting commemorating the project’s completion is being planned for September.

About Caltrain: Owned and operated by the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board, Caltrain provides commuter rail service from San Francisco to San Jose, with commute service to Gilroy. While the Joint Powers Board assumed operating responsibilities for the service in 1992, the railroad celebrated 150 years of continuous passenger service in 2014. Planning for the next 150 years of Peninsula rail service, Caltrain is on pace to electrify the corridor, reduce diesel emissions by 97 percent by 2040 and add more service to more stations.
