Laughter, tears, surprise and thrills are just some of the experiences you will enjoy at the 2017 Cinequest Film & VR (Virtual Reality) Festival.  The “Elevate!” theme promises the “height of creativity and joyous celebration.” 2017-cinequest-posterThe festival begins Tuesday, February 28, with its opening night screening of “The Last Word” staring Shirley MacLaine and Amanda Seyfried and continues through Sunday, March 12, with the closing night screening of “The Zookeeper’s Wife” staring Jessica Chastain and Daniel Brühl.  You can choose to screen the movie or continue on to the after party.
